We are delighted to bring you a series of fabulous three-day Mindfulness Walking retreats in conjunction with The Colloquy, a luxury country house in stunning rural Herefordshire.


Dates in 2024:
  • Tuesday 5th March – Friday 8th March (bookings closed)

  • Monday 13th May – Thursday 16th May (bookings closed)

  • Monday 7th October – Thursday 10th October (spaces available)

  • Monday 11th November – Thursday 14th November (spaces available)

 

With only eight guests per retreat, you will have plenty of personal attention learning all the elements of Mindfulness Walking with academy founder Jo Dunne. There will be daily opportunities to put what you have learnt into practice on walks through the breathtaking Herefordshire countryside, from straightforward sessions to more challenging walks. You will take in magnificent scenery, exploring ancient woodland, sections of Offa's Dyke and the 1,000 acres of farmland surrounding the property. Jo will be working alongside holistic practitioner and nutritious food enthusiast Sybil Watson. 

 

There will be lots of time for relaxation and to reset and reflect in the spacious, beautifully appointed accommodation, with a chance to practise yoga, enjoy the hot tub and sauna or book a massage. 

The key elements of a Mindfulness Walking retreat
  
  • Mindfulness – learning core concentration skills through a connection with nature

  • Exercise – learning a simple effective walking technique 

  • Rest – taking time to sleep and unwind in a special location 

  • Nutrition – enjoying a healthy abundance of delicious vegetarian food 

  • Hydration – reminding ourselves of the importance of keeping well hydrated 

Prices for 2024:
  • 6 x main rooms @ £995 per person

  • 1 x deluxe room @ £1,095 per person

  • 1 x cosier room @ £945 per person

The price includes: 
  • Accommodation for three nights in your own bedroom at The Colloquy 

  • Vegetarian breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and unlimited water/herbal teas/coffee

  • Mindfulness practice and guidance 

  • Guided walking 

  • Optimal walking technique tuition

  • Yoga class
